Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain tools and scripts for firmware and hardware development.
• Write and optimize Python scripts that generate C code and interact with embedded systems.
• Collaborate with firmware and hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of tools with development processes.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and debug tools and scripts efficiently.
• Document tool designs and development processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-5 years of experience as a Firmware Engineer or Software Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and C/C++.
• Solid understanding of embedded systems concepts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence or a similar system for tracking inputs/results.

• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
